40! wow. That sounds so old, and yet I am only 4 years behind you. Looking at all of those pictures suddenly made me realize, I forgot to include the "nails on the stairs" story from Grandma Bake's house. Oh well, I guess you will have to retell that one yourself.

Sounds old? It is old. I'm glad that I'm still in my 30's. Happy Birthday! We are looking forward to seeing you next week.
