Can't believe it's that time again *** Football Season ***! This past week Cody had two-a-days and major conditioning. He hates the word "bear crawl" and cringes at the thought of circuits. Caleb also hates to hear the word "up downs". Cody found frozen peas to be the best ice pack and Caleb enjoys the heating pad. Even Darren got in on the action since he started physical therapy on his knee. His ice pack of choice was frozen broccoli. Believe it or not we all enjoy football season, even if these pictures don't show it. Just wait till we have our first victories and this will have all been worth it!

Like Father like Sons... and coming from two sport playing parents, I wouldn't expect less. Good luck this season Guys! Looking forward to watching your games.
